Which clamp for which pole

One pair of jaws covers each pole shape. Only the four clamp rods change with pole size.

PoleSize rangeJawsRods ×4
RoundØ48 – Ø90ZC-R01 + R02M12 × 130
RoundØ91 – Ø150ZC-R01 + R02M12 × 200
Square40 – 90ZC-S01 + S02M12 × 175
Square91 – 150ZC-S01 + S02M12 × 235

The 120° V-jaw centres any round pole by itself: the pole touches each rubber face at two lines, so the same jaw grips Ø48 and Ø150. Ship each clamp with both rod lengths and the installer picks on site.

Fitting rules

Net gap
Net at least 90 mm from a round pole, 70 mm from a square pole. The clamp and socket sit inside the gap and the extension passes through the net.
Rotation
Loosen the four knobs and turn the whole clamp on the pole. The rubber protects the paint and stops slipping once tightened.
Interface
Every option plugs into the same 62 mm square socket on the front jaw: direct adapter, net-bypass extension, or extension + knuckle + arm.
Torque
Hand-tight on all four knobs, crossing diagonally. Fit the safety tether before the arm.

Concept geometry for discussion with the fabricator. Final drawings need tolerances, weld symbols and a load test with the arm fully extended and the camera fitted.
